Rice cooker recipes

I came into the possession of a rice cooker. I will now constantly make rice cooker dishes. Some basic ones.

Flavored rice

Per one rice cooker cup (180 ml) of rice, you need to add one cup of water (180 ml). Subtract a tablespoon or two, and add a tablespoon of soy sauce, a slight splash of dark soy, some oyster sauce, finely diced fresh garlic and ginger. Add one measuring spoon of mushroom powder. Cook as normal.

Tofu rice

Same as above, but add some small cubed tofu over the rice. After cooking, add some peas. Note: chinese cabbage does not work for this; it does not survive the cooking process in a nice way. Normal cabbage presumably works. Serve with some additional sesame oil.

Hello.
As I'm somewhat fed up with the general state of the internet, and due to some nostalgia for how the old web used to be, I've decided to resurrect my essentially unknown website. I hope to use this place to post some things about music, books and maybe coding. Who knows. For now, I'm just happy it exists.
