Vegan lahmacun
Not healthy, but reasonably tasty.

Make a simple salad with sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced white onion. If you feel fancy, you can add some thinly sliced bell pepper. Dress with lemon and salt and pepper.
Grate the smoked tofu into a bowl. Add a good amount of tomato paste, tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp each paprika (possibly smoked if you feel like it) and cumin powder. Good amount of finely chopped coriander and parsley. Mix well. Spread the mixture on a wrap, get a pan hot and oiled, and chuck in the wrap, tofu mixture side down. Fry for about 5 minutes. Flip, crisp up the bottom a little bit if you want. Add the salad, and some spicy sauce and/or homemade garlic sauce.
For the garlic sauce: mix some vegan mayo, vegan yoghurt (unsweetened), grated garlic, either parsley or chives (I like chives). Add black pepper, and if it needs some extra acid, lemon juice. Season with sugar and salt.
