Fried rice recipe
For approximately 2 cups of day-old white rice, a basic sauce:
1 tbsp soy sauce
.5 tbsp dark soy
1 tbsp oyster sauce
.5 tbsp ketchup, if you crave it trashy
a splash of chinese cooking wine
1 tsp sesame oil
white pepper
Finish with some MSG, and salt if it needs it.
Generally, the fried rice contains fine dice of carrot, finely diced onion, maybe some spring onion, maybe some leek. Finely diced bell pepper, some peas. Either tofu, small, or some other fake meat. Works decently well for a quick meal.
